Multiple things broken in my room, this was escalated and nothing was done- broken iron, broken phone, hard to navigate how to use shower/ and find light switches! Reception was awful just directed any needs to be done online -

The staff is lovely, but the rooms definitely need a refresh. The carpet and furniture are old and stained. It was so gross that I didn't even want to sit in the chairs. The lights in the room were terrible as well. The location is great, and the prices are not too high, but when you book a Junior suite, you expect more than a roadside motel vibe.
