My check in was fine however I was very disappointed when I got to my room and there was a roach on the bathroom floor. In addition a roach was crawling on the wall in the kitchen. This was unacceptable considering I previously stayed here two weeks ago from 10-18-25 thru 10/19/25. I was truly ready to check out.

Upon arrival I confirmed Amazon packages would be received at no charge. The agent said “no problem.” Yesterday the front desk refused my 13 boxes until I paid $2 for each over six—an unbudgeted $14. Staff claimed the fee is “clearly on the website” (it isn’t) and that the hotel next door charges $10 per box (implausible). The delivery was hostile and left me shaken. This morning the acting manager refunded every cent and apologized. One refund cannot erase the distress. Separately, I called from the airport for shuttle instructions. I was told to “flag it down.” The driver saw me, switched lanes, and sped past. A simple zone check and radio call would have prevented a stranded, exhausted guest. Disclose fees, speak kindly, run shuttles properly. None of that happened. One star.
