I arrived at the Miami airport and after walking a mile and all the customs I finally got out front at 6:10 looking for my Ramada Inn shuttle bus. 62 minutes later I'm all by myself for the last 15 minutes. They left me out in that boiling sun and when I got to the hotel they have two shuttles but only choose to run one an hour. In the meantime, Best Western had three go by within that hour. Guess where I'm staying from now on ?
Then three groups go up to the check-in counter. The first guy, a single guy. He asked every question under the sun & the woman at the front desk looked like she was having tea or something. She could have gone over to the other side and said and what do you need because she just stood there chatting while he was filling out the form and did nothing. I was prepaid. All I needed was my room key and take the credit card number and my signature. I would have been done in a minute. The last question he asked was what time does the pool close? She said 8:00. I look at the clock it's 20 minutes of. I should have been at the motel at 6:30 and I would have had an hour and a half in that pool. As it was. I was desperately looking forward to that and couldn't use it. To be treated with such a disrespect and they don't have the refrigerator, they don't have a microwave. Worst stay EVER !
