Good hourly shuttle service to the airport. Lots of guest noise in the hallways in the middle of the night which can be heard as if it’s in the room. Empty amenities bottles, dirty old in the foyer. Shower door was difficult to closecarpet, general disrepair.

Two big problems with this hotel. One, there are no stairs. So if you are on the 2nd floor you better not have heavy luggage to haul up. Two, there is no heat in the rooms. I'm sure that 90% of the time that's not a problem in Miami, but it sure was on the night when we stayed there in early February. According to our alarm clock/thermometer, it was 63 degrees in the room when we got up. Needless to say it was pretty chilly in the bathroom when showering. On the plus side, the place was clean. The bed and pillows were firm and I got a good night sleep. The staff was friendly. It was around a 10 minute ride in their shuttle to the airport. The shuttle leaves hourly at the top of the hour. The restaurant/bar next door is attached so it's easy to get to.

The room was ok, but shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport. The front desk girl said on the phone that the shuttle pickups at the airport at the :15's of every hour. I told her prior that I needed a shuttle and she was rude and that it was coming at 9:15. I met another group at the airport who were looking to also go the same Ramada. They were able to have someone answer the phone at the hotel, when I could not. The desk girl told them the shuttle already came by. I was standing out at the pick up point watching for 9:00 pm to 9:25 and the girl knew I needed a a shuttle a hour prior. The shuttle never showed up, she lied and they suck!!

Staff was great, rooms are large and clean. They have a shuttle service you can use to get to the port which we used. The restaurant on site is amazing! We've stayed here twice over the years and will keep going back!
