Great location with a well equipped clean studio. We had a very nice stay, the room and bed were cery comfortable. The kitsch was also very functional and well equipped.

Great location!

We stayed here for a couple of days before a recent cruise. The location was great; a short walk to the beach in one direction and plenty of shops and restaurants (including a 24-hr Walgreens) in the other direction. The unit is in an older building, but it is modern and met our needs during our short stay. Just a note for anyone with mobility issues, although it is a first floor unit, there are a few steps to get into the building and another set of steps once you’re inside. Also, the bed is a little low to the ground. Overall, we had a great time and would not hesitate to book again!

Perfect for couples

I stayed 3 nights, Thru to Sun with my wife. The property was exactly how it's being advertised. Its a 10/10. Location is perfect, I had my doubt because it's just in fornt of the Bandshell, since we are not into night life, but no issues at all.It's superb. Totally recommended.

Life in Paradise!

This is an adorable apartment located mere footsteps from the beach and surrounded by some great restaurants and shops! Spotlessly clean, and perfect for a solo or couple vacay to Miami Beach where you'll have fewer crowds and a great jumping off point to explore the area. Bus, and shuttle available on the Corner at Collins Ave. Publix is a few blocks away or pick up local food! We recommend Manolo's, Moises Bakery, and Sazon Cubana (order their Cafe con leche)! Collins Pizza is also fantastic! Everything you need is within a two-block radius. Cold air, strong ceiling fan, and hot shower! Great, easy instructions to get in the secure, coded entry building equipped with hallway and lobby cameras. We love this little apartment and think you will too.
