Horrible experience!!! do not book !! the check in code was very hard to get and after waiting in the cold and finally gaining access someone was in the room .. which was very dangerous for my lady friend . i spoke to the manager they gave me new room number and someone was in that room as well!!! Horrible! And when i asked for refund they couldn’t accommodate and i getting to a live person at Hotels.com used to be easy now it’s impossible! I called credit card company to file a complaint .. Very bad experience and not safe for a single woman at night entering hotel rooms previously occupied Expedia should delist this hotel !!!

This was an acceptable crash landing space for when my flight was canceled. The check in process was a bit unclear but they were helpful in getting it sorted out. Plenty of towels but additional blankets and a way to control the temperature would be an improvement. Place was very clean.

Took an uber to first place, had one bed for 3 guests, so they sent me to another place (another Uber) While waiting over an hour for gate and access code, they finally say there was no vacancy. Then i tried calling back to get a refund and no one would answer. One more uner later and Upon calling hotels.com, and spendimg 2 hours on phone, they finally made it right by placimg us in a better hotel.

I waited for the code to enter and they sent me a link that didn't have it. I was asked to provide a security deposit which I was fine with but why book through the website just to enter a whole lot of information I was not comfortable with. When I called for assistance the lady with whom I spoke was unfamiliar with the property and especially the parking. The parking in the back was very sketchy, the car on the opposite side of parking was on sinder blocks. The dead bolt on the door didn't work, it's falling apart. One of the chairs has some pink crap all over it. Not pleased at all. One thin blanket and flat pillows.

The check-in process was very easy via WhatsApp and the person I talked to was very accommodating ( I had overslept and missed the checkout time. However the area around the property does leave something to be desired. I believe it is safe overall , but I am not sure if for example, I would want my teenage daughter to stay at that location without an adult.

I did not stay at the property. The same day I got there, the door to enter the property was not on the hedges. Some one can easily kick down the door. I have a pending waiver request. I still did not hear from the property owner where I tried contacting hours prior to me getting to the property. It was a huge disappointment.

We had a very unpleasant stay due to a strong moldy smell throughout the apartment. From the first night, the odor was overwhelming and made it difficult to sleep. We immediately notified management and were told that a machine would be brought the next day to address the issue. No one showed up. After following up multiple times, we were repeatedly told to wait or that staff were “busy.” Meanwhile, the smell persisted despite keeping the windows open all day, and we began feeling physically unwell staying in the apartment. The issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and communication felt dismissive rather than proactive. Eventually, they offered a late checkout as compensation, which was not helpful since the apartment itself was uninhabitable due to the moldy smell. A late checkout does not fix a health-related issue. This situation should have been handled urgently and professionally, especially given the potential health concerns associated with mold. Unfortunately, it caused significant stress and discomfort during our stay. I would not recommend this property unless management improves responsiveness and ensures basic cleanliness and air quality before guests arrive.

It was very nice small 1 bedroom apartment. We had nice experience. Everything what I ask staff brought me right away. It was very close to art shows and Wynwood Wall. Next time when we will be in Miami we most likely will stay again in Renzzi Villas.
