🚨 Building Fee: Please note, the building administration charges a mandatory, one-time registration fee of $50 per person, payable by credit card at the front desk upon check-in. This fee does not apply to children.

Community Rules: To respect our neighbors, loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the responsible guest.



Key Policy: For building security, only one set of keys/fobs is provided per reservation.



⚠️ Late Visitors: An additional fee of $50 will be charged by the building for any unregistered visitors arriving after 11:00 PM.



Luggage Storage: Please note that we cannot offer luggage storage services before check-in or after check-out.



Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day. Please be aware that washcloths are not included.
