Muy buena opción en south Beach

Excelente opción para estar en south Beach cerca de todo. Servicio excelente. Linda piscina climatizada (un poco más fría no estaría mal) . Las únicas críticas son : 1) se oye un ruido a pisadas de madera de la hab de arriba que se torna molesto y me despertó por la mañana. 2) el aire de la habitación está al límite de lo aceptable. Si sos caluroso no te va a gustar. Para nosotros que somos friolentos estuvo bien. No tuvimos calor pero el selector estaba al máximo de frío y no se sentía muy frío. Fuera de eso volvería y lo recomendaría.

I stayed for a week on a work trip, and everything about the San Juan Hotel was exceptional. The staff was incredibly well-prepared, attentive, and ready to answer any question I had. Honestly, I’m already planning to come back, this time just to relax and enjoy more of what the hotel has to offer. Every requirement I had was met with ease, making my stay smooth and pleasant. From the front desk to maintenance and management, every team member I interacted with was genuinely amazing. The pool area and the beachside lounge were just perfect, great spots to unwind after a long day. The location couldn’t be better for anyone visiting Miami. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a very reasonable cost. Close to the beach. Close to Lincoln. Close to nearly everything. The only disappointment was that the in house bar was closed on Monday and Tuesday. Yet it's adveritzed as being open, with a happy hour, every weekday.

Overall the service and staff were the standouts; very friendly and accommodating and I really liked you could text to request items needed for the room. It is a boutique hotel so on the smaller side but the king room had adequate space.
