Was only there to relax, i enjoyed the pool but not much umbrellas, room was comfortable but too much banging noise, i guess from other rooms and hallway. Had lunch there only one day which was tacos and i almost trow up, it tasted old. I only needed made uo one day out of my stay, put the card on the door for such but when i came back in the evening, i didn't receive any housekeeping service.

Although I enjoyed my stay here I do have a complaint. My room was not ready when I arrived. They have a 4pm check-in policy yet I didn't get my room til after 6:30 pm. They claim the room was being cleaned. I traveled from Georgia and my flight was delayed so I really needed my room to be ready. I was told it would be a few minutes which was not accurate. I waited for more than 2.5 hours. I was offered no consideration for my inconvenience. A meal or drink voucher would have been nice and I may have overlooked the inconvenience if it was at least offered. Rooms not being ready seemed to happened to alot of people. This was very frustrating. The front desk is under staffed. The check in process should be smooth and seamless. Jay (a front desk worker) was really nice and helpful and super apologetic unlike the other staff member who seemed annoyed that I kept asking if room was ready. When you travel somewhere and your room is not ready, its the most upsetting thing especially after a flight delay. This establishment needs to do better in that area. At the very least offer complimentary drinks or water while people pile up in the lobby waiting for their rooms. The lobby and elevator was very hot by the way. So not sure what was going on there. The air in my room was fine although i did over hear some people complain about the A/C in their room. Overall, I had a good short stay of 4 days. Get the Oceanfront view with balcony. This place is right on the beach.

Don’t understand the resort fee of $35. They do not have any room for you to park. You have to park down the street or at another hotel other than that it was OK they could update the showers instead of having tubs that should just make a walk-in showers 7/10

Great Staff, But Room Smelled Like Cigars

While the overall experience was okay, I was disappointed that my room had a strong cigar smell that never really went away. However, I have to give a big shoutout to Ray and Madeline—they were both kind, helpful, and really made my stay more pleasant despite the issue.

Apparently this place use to be a fabulous place, that must of been in the 80s or 90s perhaps, the beds are still box springs and mattress as well. The continental breakfast is bread and cereal the eggs are an extra fee. The elevators are hazardous for handicapped people. The bar is a dump, the bar tenders are winging it and drinks are poured either to light or over poured that can’t be good for business. They offer massage on property and they never answered the phone (we stayed for a week) the laundry went from 3 washers and 2 dryers to now only one of each and you have to open the dryer to to one of them so they can exhaust to dry your cloth. They have NO Parking, but you can valet next door at the MonteCarlo for $30 a day. They in-house restaurant is not worth the value on the menu, they should scale down and give better quality

Terrible I had to pay 40 dollars to park at the hotel next door also I had to wait till 4:15 to get in the room check in is 4:00 I was then told I had to pay a resort fee of $35? I would never stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The photos are much different than the reality. Besides the pool and the beach accommodations, the hotel is more like a glorified motel. From the start, it was clear that the property is in a seriously rundown condition. The customer service was virtually nonexistent — staff were unhelpful and unresponsive throughout my visit. On top of that, my room had several issues, including a broken door and a non-functioning TV, among other problems. Given the number of issues I encountered, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
