The staff was passive aggressive and not helpful. The property was not as advertised on their pictures. We had two rooms and one of the doors wouldn’t close properly. We put up the do not disturb on our doors and still found staff in our rooms (acting suspiciously). The pool was dirty and had caution tape around it due to broken grating you could fall into. Manager was not helpful with any of the issues.

Beautiful Area

This is a very beautiful hotel. The rooms very clean, roomy and quiet. Loved that it was so close to the beach. The pool was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good. The location was perfect as it was close to shopping and restaurants. Loved that Walgreens was there for our needs. Parking was the only nightmare. We will indeed come for many more visits.

Could’ve said what breakfast you get in specific. Not many options. Walls are super thin. The people next to us got to their room around midnight. Argued the whole entire night. They were loud af. The girl banged on the wall and the door. There was a door that connected to the next room. She kept opening it and tried to get into our room. I wasn’t ok with that while vacationing with family. She was also yelling about bed bugs. Our flight was the next morning. That was not a good way to end vacation.

Someone went into my room. Probably housekeeping when I left out and went to breakfast. Had do not disturb sign on door and they went into my room when I left out and looked in the safe. When I came back to my room the safe was wide open and I didn’t leave it like that because I never touched or used the safe. Checked out three days early because I didn’t feel safe staying there after that. Still waiting for refund for the three nights I didn’t stay. How can someone feel safe staying there after finding out there housekeeping staff or whoever enters your room looking to steal when you leave the room. There were serious incidents that happened at this hotel and they know so nobody will feel safe staying there knowing someone creeping in your room when you leave out. Will never stay there again and do not recommend this hotel. Still haven’t heard from a manager when they told me one will contact me since he’s never there.

We were very happy with our stay here. When I asked for lounge chairs for our terrace they were very prompt bringing them up to us. Everyone was very friendly. I loved that they sent a staff member out to the beach to take drink orders, I wasn’t expecting that. Our room was a little outdated, but clean. However they are in the process of remodeling so I can’t wait to see it on my next trip there in October!
