When we arrived, the attendant named Lourdes never once smiled at anybody and was very serious faced and immediately told us there were no rooms and we had told her that we had called and they said that we could pay money to check in early so she just looked at us with attitude and told us to wait five minutes. 30 minutes later while we were still standing there I had to ask her for an update And she was less than helpful. We took a shower later that afternoon around 4 PM and there was no hot water whatsoever. Breakfast was awful. The longest line and all there was was the waffle machine and bagels.

Courteous staff, only waited a few minutes for airport shuttle, nice room and breakfast. I'm allergic to fragrances and had a hard time with the deoderizers used in the lobby and room. Not the hotels fault. Everything was very nice.

Staff were courteous. Rooms could use a good deep cleaning. I couldn't stand the smell in the room. The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel. There was a huge line to serve food, and people had to wait for a table to be free. Boiled eggs were at fridge temperature, very unpleasant to eat at such a cold temperature.

Place seems really clean, Staff seemed alright but hard to understand since they almost all speak Spanish first language, airport shuttle doesn’t run early enough for my flight so I had to get an uber, breakfast wasn’t early enough for my flight either
