My only caveat for my stay is the mattress was too soft, even lumpy. I did not mention it to management because I didn't get to sleep due to my hectic overnight work schedule.

I received an email confirmation that the hotel provides transportation. When I arrived at the airport, I waited almost an hour before the shuttle arrived. I called the front counter three times before I could get someone on the phone. Upon arriving to the hotel, the lobby smelled like roach spray. There were people hanging outside and in the lobby. The front desk clerk was not pleasant at all. He gave us keys and upon entering the room the was some type of bug. The room only had one bed and I asked the front desk clerk could he change it and he told me no. He was very unprofessional. The elevator where you press the buttons to the floor was almost falling off. The rack to hold the towels in the room were broken. Absolutely would never stay here again.

We spent a total of 3 nights at this property, mainly because of the shuttle service to and from the airport, and for the included breakfast option. We attempted to contact the hotel to inquire about an additional cot prior to our travels, both on Expedia a few times and via phone. We never did get a response, nor did they answer the phone. When we arrived, they were unable to fulfil our request for a cot, which was okay, as the beds were very comfortable and we were able to make due with them. The rooms in itself are clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were really soft and provided a good night's rest. The hotel, however, is a bit dated, and the surrounding area is substandard. Our breakfast experience on all days was very poor. The breakfast area is very small and cramped. The dining window is only 2 hours, opposed to many hotels which have around 3, so it is very busy during this time. There was not a single day that I was able to obtain fresh fruit without requesting it to be brought out, and on the last day, there was no fruit to be brought out at all. I had to ask for more muffins, or eggs on other occasions as well. The scrambled eggs were watery, and the sausage patties were very obviously microwaved. I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay at it again.

Friendly staff, nice quiet location and a super comfortable bed, but I was on the second floor and it felt like I was going to fall through. Walking down the hallway, the floor creaked and then in my room, the floor creaked, especially in the restroom. And then the shower head was horrible. It didn’t have any water pressure and it was extremely hard to take a shower, but Other than that, a great hotel.

The place exceeded our expectations. The beds were cozy and the inn was clean. We stayed at the second floor and coin laundry was readily accessible at the same floor. The place had plenty of parking. Breakfast was great too.

Nothing impressive about this property. Clean enough, but with a particluar smell. The staff members were really unpleasant and didn't engage with customers requesting information. Very bad service Will not use again nor recommend it.
