Their is coin laundry in the common hall area. This is 2 blocks from the beach and many restaurant's. They only gave us 1 (one) key to get in and out of the unit even though there were 4 of us staying their this was VERY inconvenient. I guess they expected us to all stay together all the time. The front of the building is a locked and secured door plus the door upstairs to enter the unit. The cleaning people told the owner they left an extra key for us which was a flat out lie and luckily the owner was with us at time of arrival or we would have been charged 150.00 for a lost key. One of the bathrooms was filthy with long dark hair all over the tub and counter. The master bathroom sink barely worked and the shower curtin was nasty with mold, we put a new one on ourselves. The owner is great but I think she needs to hire a new company to manage the property. their were open bags of chips in cabinet from previous guest. Some of the "beach chairs" were completely broken and unusable. The beds were clean and comfortable. He couch pull out bed had crumbs in it and hadn't been vacuumed. The owner lives on the 5th floor which was nice. She did go out of town after out arrival but was a lovely person. Overall if the bathroom had been cleaned and the floor and couch swept and beach chairs not broken this could have been perfect. Oh it has a lovely balcony with a partial ocean view and sum most of the day. Kitchen was great.
