Beware Non responsive property.

Beware Property never sent check in instructions. Repeated emails and phone calls. No response. Had to book another place to stay or would have been left with no place to stay. Requested refund No response. Support team requested refund no response

The property itself was nice. The pool and fitness center and lounge were all spacious and well kept. The apartment was super clean but there were no tissues and no garbage cans and not enough sheets to cover both the bed and the sofa bed Great location and easy to get checked in coffee shop in lobby and lots of nearby restaurants. Very close to Bayside so it was a nice walk Check out was confusing and we just left the key in the apartment when we had to leave.

Arrived, never received a lock box or key code, was left with no hotel for the night, could not get thru to owner or get help from support. Not only did I pay the room 100 percent no refunds, never got the credit the support rep said we would
