The 4th bedroom is like a separate suite on the second floor with a separate entrance through the pool area that features its own kitchenette, and bathroom. This beautiful home is located in a prime location (considered the heart of Miami). The house includes a grill in the spacious backyard, Wireless Internet, Smart TV, Cable, and more.

Experience luxury living with our fully equipped kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking basics, etc. From baking a cake to cooking a gourmet meal, we have everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal. When the sun is shining, your group can enjoy the sun in the backyard while using our barbecue to grill your lunch with family and friends; we provide the propane tank and BBQ utensils so that you don't have to buy anything other than the food.

After a day spent in the crystal clear water of South Beach, we will also provide clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer for you to enjoy in the bath.

All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The house comfortably sleeps 9 people - 2 on a cozy queen size bed, 2 in bedroom #2, 3 more in bedroom #3, and 2 on the sofa bed. We also have a Pack n’ Play crib available upon request. In addition, you will have full access to a washer, dryer, clean sheets, hair dryer, iron, and dishwasher in our home!

*The driveway fits 4 cars comfortably. There is also plenty of free street parking in front of the house.

The entire house is yours. We provide all kitchen equipment, barbecue equipment, as well as toilet paper, clean towels and sheets, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron, and more!

By car is best, could use public transportation and many entertainment and restaurants can be reach walking 10-15min.

** We DO NOT allow parties at our home, and quiet hours begin after 10pm outside. All other times, we ask that you keep it at a reasonable level.

Smoking is allowed outside on the backyard patio, and strictly prohibited inside the house.

Additional housekeeping during your stay is available at additional charges.

Please respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum. This is a residential neighborhood with close neighbors.

Do not adjust or tamper with the pool settings or equipment. Unauthorized changes will result in a $100 penalty.

Report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Costs beyond the security deposit will be charged and reported to Airbnb.
