Great Location
The location can't be beat if you're looking for something near Bayside or the Arena, walking distance and so close. The building is a Yotel and a VRBO so there are tons of people always out front and cars double parked so getting inside is a challenge. The phone app to get in the elevator and out the doors is a lot and can be frustrating when you're tired or had a few drinks at the concert. The unit itself is well organized and the bed situation is good for a group. The kitchen appliances are hard to use and they have multiple copies of instructions around, obviously because they know the stove is hard to use. My only real issue was the gross and dirty bed pillows. There were visible brown stains and the smell of feces on 3 of the pillows and it left a bad taste (pun intended), up til then, the place was good. Check all the bedding when you check in so you can be prepared before you get into bed in the wee-hours and you're in for a gross surprise. Overall, it was exactly what we needed (minus dirty pillows) and served it's purpose. The best part is that you can add parking and no need to worry about parking on the street overnight.
