Wonderful little gem close to downtown Miami

My husband and I had to go to Miami for some business and decided to bring our dog with us. The house was perfect for us! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house had a fenced-in driveway, where I was able to let my dog jump right out our car and he was so excited to investigate all the new smells around the front yard. The home was just as advertised, with a beautiful mural welcoming you to Miami. It was like an upgraded hotel room, but better because you could park your car right outside the house. There were clean linens and towels. The home was clean and had everything you need, along with a full size kitchen. We were only a few minutes from downtown Miami and close to everything. The owner was friendly, accomidating, and was quick to respond to my questions (thank you for that!). I definitely recommend this home for anyone staying in Miami and I would stay here again when we are in the city.

My friends & I came down to Miami for a wedding. This was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us and Carlos was great at communicating with me. 5 Star VRBO!

Cute Bungalow

Needed a place to stay before our cruise. This cute little 2 bedroom bungalow was in a quiet neighborhood but close to amenities. The house was neat and clean. Only issues we had were there were no washcloths, the toilet paper was only 1 ply and we couldn’t get the washer to work. Also for hubby he wished the TV had cable channels (he wanted ESPN). But this issues would not prevent us from staying here again. Carlos was responsive and had great communication. Don’t miss this gem in Coral Gables!

Super and nice location

First of all we like to mention the really friendly communication with Carlos. He gave us all the information we needed and answered very quickly. The house sits in a super location: short way to the supermarket, quick access to beaches and downtown. Tje house itself it was clean, everything seems newly renovated and was nicely decorated. We used the kitchen often and were suprised that there even was a heat air cooker. We stayed 4 nights and hat a really good time!

Nice owner

We stayed over Thanksgiving this year so we could visit our family in Miami. The house was exactly as listed, and it was so clean! There was even coffee with filters and sugar. I would highly recommend this property to anybody wanting to stay in the heart of Miami.
