The Space:
Our space is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adults and children, though it can sleep up to 3 adults if needed. Please note, as per building rules, only 2 adult amenities passes are provided; children under 18 do not require passes. This beautiful studio features a plush king-size bed, a twin-sized sofa bed for added convenience, a work desk, a smart TV, and all the essentials for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Guest Access:
The 15th floor offers exceptional amenities, including a pool, sundeck, fitness center, and spa. You can also visit the Water Lounge, featuring both hot and cold plunge pools, or unwind in the Icon Brickell steam room or sauna.

Please note that guests are required to register with security to receive a pass. The pass is free, but mandatory per building policy.

The Neighborhood:
Brickell offers the best of Miami's walkable city life. Just steps from Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and Brickell Key, you'll enjoy everything from scenic jogs along the bay to a vibrant nightlife surrounded by Miami's top dining and entertainment spots. Indulge in renowned restaurants like Zuma, Komodo, and Sexy Fish, visit rooftops like Sugar, unwind at lounges like The Tea Room, or explore local bars such as SoCal and 8th Street Brickell Bar. For coffee lovers, nearby spots like Crema and Rosemary Bakery are just a short walk away.

Getting Around:
Most guests opt for Uber or Lyft, but the Metro Mover and Metro Rail stations are conveniently located less than two blocks away, right next to Brickell City Centre.

The Metro Mover is a free service that runs seven days a week, covering the Downtown Miami and Brickell areas. It connects to major destinations like Kaseya Arena (home of the Miami HEAT), Bayside Marketplace, Miami World Center, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and the Pérez Art Museum. It also links to Miami Central Station, just 10 minutes away, where you can catch the Brightline high-speed trains to West Palm Beach or Orlando.

The Metro Rail provides easy access to Miami International Airport (MIA) and runs through key areas including Kendall, South Miami, Coral Gables, downtown Miami, and the Civic Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital area.

Other Things to Note:
Parking – Valet parking is available on the premises and operates like any hotel. However, please note there is no in-and-out service, and hourly rates apply. The fixed price for overnight parking was $48 as of July 18th, 2024.
