The house was decorated in a cute manner on the inside. The kitchen amenities were good. We would’ve liked to have had a few dish towels. The pool was nice as was the outdoor amenities. Cleanliness was one of the factors in our poor rating. In all three bedrooms, the area between the mattress, and the bedframe was really dirty. One of the bedrooms even had a set of used fake eyelashes located between the bedframe and the mattress. we could not get hot water out of the master bedroom, shower, and the cold water faucet in the guest bathroom did not work The biggest problem we had was that the property was inundated with roaches and termites. Our friend who was sleeping in one of the rooms ended up with bugs all over her legs (termite swarm) and a roach in her shoe when she went to put her shoe on. The guest bath was also inundated with termites. Hopefully they will be able to tent the house and get rid of these issues. The management was responsive, but we just could not stay there any longer than we did. Hopefully they will be able to resolve these issues.

Victor was an amazing host! He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole stay super easy and comfortable. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly come back again!
