Upon arrival, all guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid ID at check-in.

Guests arriving after 10 PM will be asked by security to show an email with a confirmation of their reservation.
- Security will provide a temporary pass for one night if guests have a vehicle to park. Park at building C's garage, spot 353C. If a guest is unaware of their parking space, they will have to use valet services.
- Guests must return the following day to complete the short-term check-in before 11:00 AM. Bring their temporary parking pass, and receive their wristbands and the new parking pass. All guests must be present at the front desk so wristbands can be provided and worn at the time of check-in.
No wet swimsuit on the couches.
Bring your make-up cleaner - permanently stained towels will be billed.
Entering the building when wet should only be thru the freight elevator area, not the hallway, to avoid slip hazards.
No glass container in the pool area.
Kids must wear swim diapers if not potty trained.
No garbage should be left in the hallway or any common area of the building. Garbage should be placed inside garbage bags and thrown down the garbage chute (beside elevators). All boxes shall be placed to the left of freight elevator.
Dress properly in the building's common area.
No children under 16 permitted in the gym
Violation of the rules will result in cancellation without refund, $600 fine, and the cost to repair. Fumigation in Miami is extremely expensive. Pets and cigarette odor removal can cost up to $1500.
