Strict NO PARTIES, 10 pm quiet time outside. No smoking indoors. No more than 8 people in the house.
1 pet under 30lbs - clean fee $100. Outdoor cameras and noise alarm fitted. Not tampering of equipment.
$300 hold will be placed on a card prior to check in ( day before). Any house rules broken, damage or theft. Funds maybe taken.
