This spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom is centrally located in the heart of Brickell and provides awesome views of the whole city as a high rise building. The apartment is super comfortable with king bed, a sofa bed and a full bathroom, along with kitchen, table/desk, cable TV and walk-in closet for plenty of storage during your stay. Amenities in the building are amazing, included access to the pools, jacuzzis, gym, game and kids room and much more. One parking spot included, it is in an indoor garage connected to the building. Just minutes away from Brickell city center, restaurants, parks and accessible transportation.
The gym, pools, jacuzzi, game room, sauna, children room and more are located in the 14th floor, they are open from 6:00am to 11:00pm. The pools are open from sunrise to sunset.
The trash chute is in the middle of the east hallway of each floor, behind a wide white door.
For the free parking pass (only 1 car per apartment): Please request for a parking pass at the lobby when doing the check-in. The cars license plate, model, color and year will be needed for the pass. The front desk will explain to you how to get into the building garage and how the parking floors work.

Location was great!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The pool/hot tub area on the 14th floor was a great addition as well as game room. The place was nice and I do recommend. I do have a few suggestions especially when staying a week like I did. If you plan to cook, there aren’t any kitchen hot pads and only one kitchen towel. There was a broom but no dust pan and the can opener does not work. We made due and would stay again, these are little things but definitely need them when staying any length of time. The owner was great to respond with questions.

The maintenance of the apartment is not good. The bath tab is in bad shape. I had to ask for my security deposit credit twice. I did not receive it yet. When I asked for additional toilet paper from the owner, the answer was it is not part of the deal "you need to purchase on your own". Therefore overall, given the above my experience is good. Giant space with large balcony.

A giant condo!! The most beautiful area in town. Walkable to lots of stuff. Made many meals in the large kitchen. The parking garage was torture getting up 10 floors of tight turns, but thankful to have a safe place to park. Used public transportation to South Beach, super easy and cheap. Beautiful 32nd floor views. Highly recommend.

Place was great! Very spacious, great view, large balcony. Location was great, close to great restaurants, food shopping. Close to free trolley that accesses downtown. Futon was a little small for older teens, so an air mattress would be necessary. Great overall, would definitely stay again!!

The room had a futon as the second bed. Not too comfy but okay for a couple of nights. The rest of the condo is a bit worn. I showed the host pics of the damage and stains I found. The parking was easy to find, but having to go up 10 floors (20 levels) and drop 10 floors (20 levels) with my car discouraged me from driving. I took a walk and loved it. There are bay views (at an angle) and street views that are just unforgettable. My child loved the game room. It is highly used. There is always someone there. The gym is also practical. It was never full when I was there (Christmas). I could not use the pool or sauna because it was too cold but they were very inviting. The host communicated with me immediately and gave me all the info. needed to check in. The building security made it simple to check in as well. I really liked the place even though I saw a couple of german roaches on my last night (1 of 4). Once you leave your room with your keys inside on check out day you have no way to reach your parking level. You will depend on other guests with a fob to get to your parking floor via the elevator.

GerÀumiges Apartment in ausgezeichneter Lage

Das Apartment selber befindet sich im 32. Stock eines ApartmentgebĂ€udes im sĂŒdlichen Teil von Brickell, seitlich konnte man vom Balkon auch das Meer sehen. Blick nach vorne ist fĂŒr die Lage recht weit möglich, da der nĂ€chste Wolkenkratzer mit der Höhe nicht gleich in der nĂ€chsten Reihe kommt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, so ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Herzen von Brickell, hat im Block einen CVS und einen 7Eleven. 24/7 Essensgelegenheiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Trolley und Metromover fĂ€hrt gleich um die Ecke und zur Metro sind es keine zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Das Apartment selber macht einen guten Eindruck, nicht alles ist 100%ig. Die GerĂ€te sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen (fĂŒr die Wasch-Trockner-Kombi konnte ich mir zum GlĂŒck die Anleitung aus dem Internet laden, weil so selbsterklĂ€rend fand ich das nicht), funktionieren aber problemlos. Es gibt einige SchĂ€den am Möbiliar, die man eigentlich leicht beheben könnte, was jetzt aber auch nicht schlimm ist, den Gesamteindruck aber etwas senkt. Bett ist bequem. Insgesamt handelt es sich in der Preisklasse um ein völlig solides Angebot. Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt, Zugang zum Fahrstuhl nur mit Chip. Das Pool-Deck hab ich nicht benutzt, kann ich also auch nicht bewerten. Insgesamt wĂŒrde ich die Wohnung jederzeit auch wieder buchen.
