I had a great stay at Harrison by Renzi on the Beach. The place is very nice and cozy, and the location is perfect, just steps from the ocean and close to plenty of restaurants. Rania was especially helpful during my stay. She was very friendly and even let me borrow her phone charger, which I really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely come back.

I had a great stay at Harrison Hotel. The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, from the beach to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, which made getting around super easy and convenient. The service really stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They were also very flexible and accommodating, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of South Beach with excellent service and a prime location

Had to take a uber no shuttle from airport .....hotel was pretty and bed and room very comfortable and clean .....front desk not easy to find had to ring bell multiple times or have another emoloyee find front staff .....bring snacks and drinks nothing near for snacks only meals .....location great a few minutes walk to beach and a few minute walk to restaurants....

Great location—just a block from the beach and a few blocks from Ocean Drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel seems to still be under renovation. We had to switch rooms due to a broken AC, and the new room had multiple issues: dust, inconsistent AC, broken safe and mini fridge, no closet, and even nails on the floor. The bathroom looked unfinished as well. On our last day, we were also without power for about four hours. Overall, while the staff was great, the property does not feel ready for guests and needs significant cleaning and completion of renovations.

Great location, that's the good part. Newly renovated however still in process. Only one towel in room, maid couldn't find extra towels. Window looked into alley storing construction debris. No ice available. Bathroom missing some basics - hooks for towels, toilet paper holder (dropped on wet floor cuz shower sprays all over). Super cheap and convenient for one night but wouldn't return.

Upon arriving in the area, it is to be expected that there is no parking—though this is not stated anywhere. The bathroom features a glass partition but lacks a shower door, so water spills out everywhere while bathing. The A/C broke down on the second day, and we had to sleep without it. They don't even provide a single plastic cup, nor do they offer any housekeeping services during the stay. I will never return.

Hair on bedding, broken tiles, princess crown left in the bathroom. No one answered the phones while trying to call nor did they respond to my email. Expedia was not helpful in contacting them either. Great Loaction. Room location is was not great as there was a platform outside our winder that was being used as a sitting spot. We had to keep out curtains closed so no one would look in.

The location is fantastic. They are renovating there is a lot that is not working. For example we did not have power in our room for over four hours. The toilets were clogged. The AC did not work. The fan did not work. The little fridge in our room did not work. Safe was not working. There was nails and pieces of sheet rock everywhere there’s not a person at the front desk 24 seven they only give you two towels per room I do see a lot of potential I think when it’s fully renovated, it will be a great place to stay. I honestly don’t think this place should be renting any rooms in this condition. I don’t see how they cost inspection.
