This property had just enough that someone would need but it’s also lacking a lot of amenities that other hotel facilities have. We were provided a small room that wasn’t clean upon arrival so we were upgraded to a bigger suite. The suite was nice however, the wall plugs were loose so our chargers kept falling out of the walls. There was no smart tv so we were stuck with old shows or movies. The property also did not have elevators so we had to take the stairs each time we left. Luckily there was someone to help us bring our bags up and down. This property holds a $300 security deposit so I think the lack of amenities should be improved. Lastly, the valet service takes 20 minutes so we missed a reservation. That fee was over $100. Again, the property is nice if you don’t need all of the bells and whistles but I do think that there are better places to stay.

The property had just gone under new management, and things were a bit hectic. Unfortunately, we didn’t have TV service during our entire stay. However, the manager, Eric, went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience—providing $15 food vouchers throughout our visit and waiving the resort fees. What a fantastic way to turn things around and keep a guest happy! Superb team and a perfect location. Be sure to go see Eric and his staff—they’re truly amazing individuals!

Wonderful property and right in the middle of all the action in South Beach. Awesome they had two pools, one in courtyard then an amazing rooftop pool with incredible views! Bathrooms were nice and clean up on rooftop too! Only complaint would be room was pretty hot even with AC, just can’t seem to cool the room enough. Not sure if that’s extremely common for Miami since it’s so how they can’t keep up or what, but that was the same at another hotel we stayed downtown last year. Other than that, great hotel and would absolutely stay there again if going back to South Beach!

This property sucks! They had No internet, the room smells like mildew. The fridge doesn't cool the manager was rude as heck. Unexpected fees due that were not told about prior to booking. They had just changed ownership and had no internet so the TVs did not work. So you pay $500 upfront for a room that smells of mildew and No TV, no entertainment. Normally this would have not been a huge ordeal but it was raining and you could not go outside.

We were very excited at first We got checked in early, staff was kind, room was gorgeous but then we noticed the refrigerator was leaking water then went to get ready for dinner and none of the electrical outlets worked in the bathroom and some did not work in the room. Then when we returned from dinner we discovered TVs did not work. Guest services said there would be no TV functionality until next week…we laid in bed and watched our tablet not ideal at $300 a night!

Upon check-in, they assigned us the wrong room. They knocked on a guests door and told them that they were in our room. This created a 20 minute argument with the manager. We finally got the room we paid for. The TV didn't work, so I tried to call the front desk to tell them but our phone didn't work either. So I walked down to the front desk to tell them, and they said they knew about (but decided not to tell anyone) that none of the TVs worked. They said they would get a technician to fix the phone. No technician ever came to the room, I told the front desk twice about it but they just gave me lip service. Not that big a deal until you realize that you have to call 20-30 minutes in advance of needing your car so that the valet can have it ready. When you call the hotel on your cell phone, they infrequently answer their outside line. On our last day there our air conditioner stopped working, the front desk said they would get a technician up there to fix it right away. No technician ever showed up before we left. Also, the dribbling water pressure was frustrating. Overall, it was horrible hotel service. They will probably continue this horrible service, because much of the lip service I received seemed very rehearsed. They will probably keep selling though because the location is great.

Fantastisk service

Vi bodde her i fem dager. Var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og kommer gjerne tilbake til dette hotellet. Fantastisk service, når vi skulle på stranden fikk vi låne håndklær og vi fikk også med oss gratis vannflasker. Stranden her er helt fantastisk, bassenget er også veldig bra! Vi fikk også låne sykler helt gratis. Det ligger en flott botanisk hage i passe sykkelavstand som vi også kan anbefale.
