Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite dated and in need of improvements. My room had a strong urine smell, the safe didn’t work, and there were no hand towels provided. Despite making several complaints to the front desk, nothing was resolved. On my second night, the doorbell kept going off and woke me up multiple times, followed by constant beeping from the safe. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and sadly, this will be my last stay at this hotel.

The location is fabulous, the complimentary beach towels, chairs, + waters were very appreciated + a great added touch to the hotel! The front desk staff was all fantastic. Non-alcoholic drinks at the bar - 12$ USD for soda water, mint, + lime...not cool :( The guy at valet couldn't have been bothered in the least to look up from his phone to answer a question we had about parking, which is not a great look for this hotel either, and I would never oay 60$ USD a day when you can pat 25$ in a oarkade 2 blocks up. Air conditioning in room on the top floor is VERY loud. Showers need some sort of curtain.

The location is great! The staff very friendly… There was a bit of a language barrier when it came to talking to the Housekeeper about things we needed… That was just a minor detail… The biggest challenge I had about it was that the staff definitely promotes the restaurant in house as the best restaurant in town… It was good, but I had a big surprise when they charged me $30 for ice tea… Apparently the six dollar glasses of tea are not free refills… It would’ve been nice to know this before… Overall, yes I’d probably stay there again, but would not eat at the restaurant
