Cons: The room had a broken glass window, the shower had low power and was only Luke warm. I had to have the front desk let me in my room several times due to the door battery dying and not accepting the key. The manager was not welcoming. The hotel has a 4 star rating but should be rated 2. Pros: The hotel was in a nice location and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was really bad, very dirty and smelly. We could not open the windows so at least could get some fresh air. The bathroom was the worst’s of all. For some reason when I turned the water it was only hot available. And when you use the bathroom the flush is very weak and it takes 10 minutes to replenish it. Very disappointing experience.

A nice quiet boutique hotel in the middle of the south beach action. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good with excellent service.
