This hotel was great and it was very unexpected. the only complaint was that the pipes made noise everytime someone uses the water and the street noise was a little unsettling. Other than that it was a great place to stay with the location across from the Bayside park made for a nice evening.

First time in Miami… Staff was great but I didn’t know the beach was not connected to the hotel. I spent extra money on Ubers going to the other hotel but was charged resort fees. Paid for drinks bc As a gold member I didn’t get my complimentary drink from the bar like other hotels, instead I received the same mini drink that everyone gets upon arrival. Pool was open on some days but the day I went it was not open. Lastly, the pipes made loud noises everytime someone turned on water somewhere, which woke me up every night. Location is great for shopping. Staff was very friendly.
