Booked the 2 bedroom with king and queen and received queen and full- found lots hair at the pools ledge- the blind was broken in bedroom- had to cancel maintence due to it being late and had to put grand daughter down for the night-

This hotel was absolutely the best. Upon checking in, I was given a cup of rum punch. The rooms were excellent. The view was great. The location was wonderful. In fact, the Bayside marketplace was right across the street. We were able to do a few excursions at the Bayside marketplace. One bin, a sunset, champagne cruise. The pool wrapped around three sides of the building. They even had an area for you to sit that had indoor outdoor grass. The great thing about the pool area is you can order a cocktail and a bite to eat. I would definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious. The hotel was extremely clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and having a private balcony made the stay even better. Customer service was exceptional—10 out of 10. And the bed… wow. Truly the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. While it is on the expensive side, the experience makes it completely worth it.

Service was excellent. Right near the Port of Miami and Bayside. No one came To do up our room so we just requested new towels. Food and drink is very expensive so luckily you have many options outside of the hotel. Hubby got a glass of house wine and with adding the tip it $30. That was ridiculous.

Hotel is nice and the staff is great. The condo type room set up is great. Really nice to have a full size fridge and a balcony. Pool and workout area are nice. Lots of cruise traffic in the lobby but they are staffed with exceptional employees and seem to be able to mitigate any inconvenience. Great location too.
