Our Stay

House was nice, did not seem like it was cleaned very thoroughly, tile floors and around vents had visible dirt. At one point the battery operated deadbolts died and we could not get into the house. The host was able to quickly guide us to the spare key and we got in. Overall it was a nice stay/

Beautiful Townhouse

The GPS directions to get to this town house had me going in circles for a hour and a half. Don't use the google maps only use the Vrbo map directions. Upon arriving I went to view the property. It looks exactly like the pictures. It has Tv's only in the two master bedrooms and living room. Enough towels for everyone that was with me but not enough wash cloths. I contacted Paul with some of my concerns and that we needed more wash cloths. He was very helpful and said he will send out housekeeping. Housekeeping on the other hand never arrived or showed up. So we never received any wash cloths. This is why I put 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Would I book this location again? Yes this property was very nice and felt like home. Stay improvement? Better housekeeping response, making sure towels and wash cloths equal to the amount of guest. More parking, everywhere felt crowded at night and sometimes during the day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Vrbo that left me utterly impressed. From the moment I stepped foot into the property, I knew it was going to be a fantastic experience. The attention to detail and the overall ambiance made for an exceptional stay. First and foremost, the host was outstanding. Communication was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions and provide helpful tips about the local area. Their warm welcome set the tone for a memorable trip. The property itself was simply stunning. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, and I was pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful touches that enhanced my stay. Reasonably-priced, clean, great host

My family (aunts and uncles) and I had a wedding in the Key West so we booked here as it was the most reasonably priced among others. Great bang for our buck. We were amazed with the cleanliness of the property and very satisfied during our stay - super comfy beds, mood lighting for headboard was fun, and found it thoughtful to provide tea/coffee packets. The VRBO app needs improvement as it does not load messages from the host right away when received or sent but no fault of the host at all. The host answered questions and tried to be there every step of the way to make our stay comfortable and stress-free which was much appreciated. A couple suggestions: a shelf/more counter near the sink would be nice (to apply makeup/get ready), more towel hooks for shower, trash bags for garbage bin, door code at front door may need to sync with back door. I would recommend this place and host for the memorable stay and hospitality. Thank you, Paul!

The townhouses was nice but I would to have more towels and would for the place to be a lot cleaner microwave was dirty and faucets of the bathroom were dirty sometimes for us to make coffees

This is a nice place for the right group

I'd like to give a detailed review to help future guests decide if this is the right place for them. The place itself is great. Nice and new. The host seems great. However, there were complications for our particular group, needs, and experience. There was not equipment in the kitchen for cooking, as we hoped (not a problem if you're going out!), though there were plates, cups, etc. We lost two full nights of sleep in a row because of all night parties (10pm-7am), next door in units that I believe were also short term rentals. It seems unlikely that this would happen again but it made our stay very challenging...the walls are very thin! We found a few dirty dishes in the cupboards and an article of dirty clothes in the closet, but again, this seems unlikely to be repeated and otherwise things were clean and nice. The showers are the best and the beds were comfortable. We had challenges! But if you're okay with not cooking and a not-quiet-mostly-rental neighborhood, this might be a great place for you.
