Beautiful location to spend a long weekend

Our family used this property for UMiami graduation. Such a beautiful stay in a perfect location. The patent was clean and large enough with a huge balcony. Plenty of space. Check in and check out process was easy and communication was great. Would highly recommend!

Our Favorite Vacation Spot

Our family has visited Coconut Grove six times over the past 4 years. We especially enjoy staying in this condo unit. The views are amazing, and it is very spacious for a family of four. The location is incredible. It is across the street from the park and a five-minute walk to the local tennis courts. Our favorite food establishments are minutes from the condo. We spent a lot of time at the pool, but when we needed to drive, the convenience of the condo garage made it easy. Thank you

Our stay was amazing. I have stayed in many Miami properties (both houses and hotel units), and this was the best. The unit was very clean and very modern. We loved our experience. Beautiful property great location !

The property looks just like the pictures. The view from both bedrooms were just stunning and the wrap around balcony was amazing. The property management group was great and very easy to contact! They even left a little cold surprise in the fridge for us which after all day travel to get to Miami was welcomed! Also the Free parking is key for that area. Condo is close to shops restaurants and other locations like Coral Gables and key Biscayne. We did a Little Havana Food walking tour and also a day trip tour to Key West ! Great vacay!

I recently stayed at this beautiful property for one night to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The location is perfect—close to fantastic restaurants and offering stunning views that made our stay extra special. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating the property management was. I made a mistake with my booking, and they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue quickly and without any hassle. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist really made a difference and ensured our stay went smoothly. Magical Miami sky and ocean views

My son and I loved living in this beautiful two bedroom-two bath condo while looking for apartments for him. We added extra days with no trouble. The restaurants are quick walks with delicious food. The representative who met us in the lobby to check in was friendly and helpful, even showing us where to park and toting a few bags to the condo! I hope to stay here again when visiting my son.

Great apartment and location!

We were in town for family weekend at the University of Miami with our two younger kids and the two bedroom apartment was perfect. It was a perfect location, close to campus and in downtown Coconut Grove. The views from the apartment are amazing and the pool area was great. The apartment is very well appointed and had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

One of the Best Stays Ever!

I never wanted to leave! We came down to move my daughter into college and from the moment we walked into the unit, till it came time to check out - everything was wonderful. Apartment is ok but pool leaves much to be desired

Aesthetically, The apartment was as expected, although there are no bonus bits to use like tin foil, herbs/spices to hand. The only thing given were 3 coffee pods and toilet role. It is literally a bare kitchen with cutlery/plates. The pool was extremely dirty which I informed the team about on the first day, but nothing was done about it. Therefore we did not use the pool. Algae growing in it, black dirt on the tiles and rust throughout. You won't be dealing directly with the hosts either. You will be dealing with Miami vacation rentals.

My second time in this same apartment. Great view, bright, comfortable. Very clean and neat. We had a few issues initially (fuse out) but the property manager responded immediately. They were very responsive with any communication. There is a strange noise in the 2nd bedroom bathroom that bothered my sister and the master bath toilet handle had to be held down for it to flush properly. But overall- the apartment is a great place to stay. Love the electric blinds. Pool is warm and nice, but still waiting for the pool restaurant to open. Lots of restaurants to walk to nearby. My only suggestions would be to leave some instructions for the Gaggenau oven. Overly complicated. Also, I brought my own prime stick to use but none of the TVs would accept it, instead you have to sign in to your account on the TV app.

The unit itself was well kept & clean. Some minor confusion with appliances as noted by others but nothing significant. The restaurant in the hotel/condo building near the pool was under renovation however this is 2 minute walk from the dining area with many choices along main st & commodore plaza. Convenient drive to many areas of Miami including Key Biscayne beaches and nature preserve areas. It will be even nicer once the pool area has the restaurant restored with bar service.
