Gorgeous three bedroom condo with breathtaking view. Complete with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and patio that will make you feel at home the minute you walk in. The perfect place to recharge after exploring the city or playing at the beach.

Located in the Yacht Club at Aventura, 5 mins from the beach, 3 min from Aventura Mall. There will be a 3% processing fee required for confirmed reservations.

This condo includes the following:
- Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and walk-in closet
- Second bedroom with Queen size bed
- Third bedroom with 2 Double beds
- Living room with cozy furniture
- 2 full Bathrooms
- Fully-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to make all your meals
- Tvs, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board
- All linen and Bath towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and paper products you need

Nice stay

Well located and in a great neighborhood. Unfortunately the unit needs some maintenance. Nothing major but I think the owner should look into it. Otherwise everything fine!
