Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell for approximately 15–20 minutes and no one came out. I was with two minors who needed to use the restroom, and no one was available to open the door for us while we waited to check in. When we entered the room, the floor was extremely dirty. Just walking around caused our feet to turn black. The bathroom and the walls were dirty and stained, and there were even dirty towels. At checkout time, around 3:00 a.m., there was again no one at the front desk. The doors were locked, and I had to call the phone number several times before someone finally woke up and opened the desk so I could check out. Honestly, I do not recommend this place.

The room smelled of humidity, and the furniture was in poor condition. I believe this hotel is really overpriced, and the rooms should have better maintenance and quality. I didn’t like it at all I hope the management takes action in this situation. My room was 910
