Please note that the building does not have on-site parking, but there are several parking options available. You can find off-street parking, free from 3 AM to 9 AM. Public parking is available three blocks south on 27th Collins Avenue and six blocks north on 36th Collins Avenue. Alternatively, you can use valet parking at Hotel RIU for $30 per day. For a more economical option, parking is available at 400 W 42nd St, Miami Beach, FL 33140, for only $8 per day, about a 15-minute walk from the property. The free trolley service can take you right to the parking garage.

For your convenience, we recommend downloading the PARKMOBILE app to easily extend your parking time from your phone.

The sectional couch that is in the image is not what’s in the unit, instead it’s an old couch. The cleanliness was ok… if you’re willing to look past the dust and hair it’s not too bad. Plus, there is a mildew smell in the bathroom and it’s tiny. The place is missing a lot of basics - no kitchen scissors, no place to put your toothbrush or hang your bathroom towels, the kitchen table is very wobbly, I ate on the couch. Needs some work on the appeal but the location is 1 block away from the beach so that’s good.
