The cozy living room opens onto a terrace with a side sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh sea breeze. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Located in a quiet side street off the seafront promenade, within walking distance of shops and a tram stop, this apartment offers easy access and an enjoyable stay by the sea.
