It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, ideal for families with children. The cozy living room with a sofa bed for two opens onto a beautiful terrace with partial sea view, while the bathroom with bathtub (with shower option) and separate toilet provide extra comfort. On the 5th floor, there is an open, fully equipped kitchen with a charming dining area and two spacious south-facing rooftop terraces, perfect for enjoying sun and views. Thanks to the prime location, you are close to shops, the tram, the seafront, and the beach. To access the apartment, the elevator goes to the 4th floor, then there are 16 steps to reach the 5th floor. An ideal spot to enjoy the sea, sun, and relaxation!
