A comfortable stay

A really enjoyable and comfortable stay. Perfectly located at the heart of Middelkerke with a 5 mins walk to the sea front and a 5 mins walk from local supermarket, bakery and butcher. With 3 large bedrooms, the property was possibly too large for 4 people.

Verwinkeltes Haus, urig und gemĂŒtlich. Die ĂŒberdachte Terrasse ist super und lĂ€dt zum Grillen ein. Zentrum, Strand und Strandpromenade fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Parkplatzsituation durch nahe Tiefgarage lösbar. Am Haus haben uns nur die schleifenden TĂŒren gestört.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und topp Vermieter

Wir waren insgesamt ziemlich zufrieden. Bewertung der Sauberkeit: prinzipiell 4 von 5 Sterne (also gut), zum Teil aber auch 3 von 5 Sternen. Dies bezieht sich auf einige zu beanstandende Punkte, die fĂŒr uns unschön waren, aber mit dem Vermieter schnell geklĂ€rt wurden. Dennoch haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. BĂ€der sind saniert/modernisiert. Hier und da in anderen RĂ€umlichkeiten ist sicher eine weitere Sanierung sinnvoll. Tipp: Reisewasserkocher und Reisekaffeemaschine selber mitbringen, wenngleich vorhanden. Weiterer Tipp: MĂŒllcontainer ca. 220m vom Haus in der RenĂ© Mouchottestraat ist NICHT mehr existent. Wir haben in heimischer Sprache Anwohner gefragt. Meiste MĂŒll ist NACH der Straßenabholung (freitags frĂŒh kam die) angefallen. Insgesamt also lohnenswerte Ferienwohnung, zumal freundlicher Vermieterkontakt, der schnell antwortet / reagiert, Wohnung NĂ€he Strand/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sauberer BĂ€der/KĂŒche/Wohnzimmer, WLAN, etc. Noch ein Essenstipp: De Mikke (derzeit ohne Voranmeldung, einfach hingehen) tolles Fleisch, knusprige Pommes, traumhafte Soßen dazu; glaube 20 Min.Fahrt nach Oostduinkerke lohnt.

déçue juste pour l'accÚs au wifi

Zoveel ruimte, zoveel mogelijkheden, zoveel gemak

Grote begane grond met woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken, toilet en grote douche en kleine patio met rolemmers en 1 fiets. Eerste verdieping: 1 slaapkamer met 2 pers. bed en achter muur nog een 1 persoonsbed. Ook kinderbed aanwezig. Ook op deze verdieping een kleine woonkamer , was gelegenheid met 2 wastafels en kleine douche en toilet. Ook op deze verdieping een balcon/patio net grote tafel, stoelen en gasbarbeque. Wel een klein trapje af!! Op de derde verdieping: 2 slaapkamers met beide een 2 persoonsbed met ook bij 1 kamer achter de muur een 1 pers. bed en wastafel Ook op deze verdieping een balkonterras, waar je via het raam kan komen.Alle slaapkamers hebben rolluiken. Voor elektrisch, achter handmatig . Soorten afval scheidingen goed beschreven. Om binnen te komen, krijg je een code. Werkt goed. Verder liggen er wc rollen om te gebruiken, afwasmachine blokjes ook aanwezig. Er lag zelfs suiker en nog een beetje koffie. Ook waxinelichtjes lagen er en afvalzakjes/ boterhamzakjes. Voor de auto is verder niets geregeld. Niet op de straat parkeren. Dan krijg je een boete. Vlakbij is een parkeergarage. Waar je 8 euro per dag betaald. Strand is dichtbij met meerdere restaurants en winkels. En een leuke wandeling met stenen stripfiguren. 8 km. Op loopafstand van Proximus Pop-Up Arena - Middelkerke . Combi met voorstelling. Aanrader.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus fĂŒr die ganze Familie

Wir habe ein tolles Wochenende im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. Der TĂŒrcode wurde uns per E-Mail zugestellt. Es gab keinerlei Probleme. Das Haus ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt; ein Fußweg von max. 10 Minuten. Das Haus liegt, obwohl es so zentral in Middelkerke gebaut ist, recht ruhig. Alles war sauber und aufgerĂ€umt. Hier kann man einige Tage mit der ganzen Familie verbringen. Vielen Dank!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen und angenehmen Familienurlaub in dem Ferienhaus in StrandnĂ€he bei bestem Wetter. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und bot uns alles was wir brauchten. Der Sandstrand ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreicht und auf dem RĂŒckweg könnten immer bequem die Verpflegung fĂŒr den nĂ€chsten Tag eingekauft werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und daher empfehlen wir das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt. FĂŒr Babys und Kleinstkinder sollte aber noch ein Reisebett mitgebracht werden, da die vorhandenen Betten keinen guten Rausfall-Schutz bieten. FĂŒr Ă€ltere Kinder sind diese aber wiederum gut nutzbar. Gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub mit unschönem Nachspiel

Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung; fĂŒr Kleinkinder aufgrund der steilen Treppen eher ungeeignet; Parkplatz nicht am Haus, zu bezahlender Platz in der Tiefgarage ca. 100 m entfernt; keine direkte Übergabe der Wohnung, Vermieter zieht Schadensersatz fĂŒr einen angeblichen Schaden von der Kreditkarte ein, trotz mehrmaliger Versicherung, dass wir fĂŒr diesen Schaden nicht verantwortlich sind;
