Nestled on a private 4 acres, this fabulous house boasts 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds (twin to full bottom) - perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washer and dryer, WiFi, and heating and AC in every bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, getting ready for the day is a breeze. Relax in the cozy living room with extra tall cathedral ceiling. The basement offers another living room with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, as well as a full bar area where everyone can comfortably hang out. Baby crib/pack and play and queen blowup mattresses are also available.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you check out on a Tuesday or Wednesday, please wheel garbage cans to the end of the driveway.
Shut off all AC/Heat- in winter, turn down to 50 (if we need it left on, we will message you).
Place all used towels on shower/tub floor. Place all used bedding on floor by beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No wood fire in the fireplace please. Feel free to use fire pit outdoor. Double check that there is no burn ban active.
