SALTWATER is just a short walk to the BEACH and centrally located! Best Location! New patio! This darling, sparkling 2 bedroom cottage is sure to delight! Highly rated prior to reno, it has only gotten nicer! One level, new hardwoods, laundry, paint and furniture has brought out the shine and sparkle! Perfect for a family vacation! SALTWATER is ADORABLE!! Short walk to both 1st and 2nd beach, but still so close to Newport! Parking, new patio with gas grill and outdoor furniture. Pets OK!! This adorable one level cottage has just been renovated! New furnishings and very comfy mattresses, refinished hardwood floors and brand new laundry area added! Fully stocked kitchen and open dining/ living room area with lovely furniture! ( seating for 4 people) Very bright and Sunny. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with dresser and 2 night stands. Bedroom number 2 also has a queen sized bed with a dresser. New mattresses are very comfortable. Cute bathroom with tub/shower combo, small but cute! Parking for 2 cars, beach chairs, beach towels, and gas grill! Lovely, quiet neighborhood close to the beach and all Newport has to offer!! Very safe for kids to ride bikes or to go for morning walks to the Cilff Walk! Please note we have also just installed a patio to the left of the cottage with outdoor seating and gas grill. It is lovely! Well behaved pets welcome with fee! Very close to downtown Newport This is a one level, stand alone cottage that is oh so close to Easton's Beach and the Cliff Walk! It is all yours! Very safe area for kids to ride bikes or pets to be walked! Laundry room is brand new. Two bedrooms Each with queen sized beds, plus an open living room/ dining area are all on one level. Kitchen has all you could need to prepare meals! Newly furnished with new comfy mattresses and fun colorful furniture. Wonderful place and fantastic location!! SALVE GRAD OPEN! Best location being so close to beach and downtown Newport! We have a local property manger that can help with any issue or concerns Highly rated before the renovation, this has only gotten better! Sunny and bright! One level with 2 bedrooms! AC units in the windows and new laundry area just added! The renovation included painting, interior and exterior, redoing hardwood floors, installing a laundry area, and installing a new outdoor patio on the left side of the house, w/ outdoor furnishings and a grill. The side patio is only for use of this cottage! Beach chairs and beach towels. PETS WELCOME!
