Escape to your own private oasis! Enjoy incredible privacy in this centrally located retreat, surrounded by lush, mature landscaping. Just minutes away from the stunning beaches and the vibrant shops and restaurants of Newport and Middletown, this bright and sun-filled home offers both convenience and tranquility for your comfort and enjoyment.

Keypad entrance, local guidebooks / information provided, high-speed internet, and beach towels / chairs included.

This secluded property includes a lovely exterior with in-ground, saltwater heated swimming pool, decorative pond with waterfall, and a veranda and deck for outdoor entertaining. The eat-in, high end kitchen features all of the necessary appliances and amenities with doors leading out to the deck and saltwater pool.

The first-floor den can either be used as a separate family room or bedroom with a sleeper sofa and full bathroom just down the hallway. In addition to the spacious second floor primary bedroom with en-suite bath, there are two further bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Overflow space is located in the finished basement along with a laundry room.

During low-season from October to April, if you are interested in weekly or monthly rentals with a discounted fee, please reach out for further details.

Guests will have full and private access to the property. Our property manager will be available on standby as needed.

Self check-in: Key Pad Access
The pool is open from late May through late September.
No cameras are on the property with the exception of a Ring door bell.
The maximum number of people in the house will not exceed eight at any time and will coincide with the numbers provided when booking. Should the renter not follow the maximum number of guest limit, $250 will be charged per person per night for every guest before eviction.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and no excessive noise from 10:00pm - 9:00am in line with town ordinances. A non-recording decibel device is on-site.

Booked guests and anyone in their party agree to use the property, including the swimming pool, at their own risk, and will not hold the property owners or managers liable for any and all eventualities.

The water at the house is supplied by an underground well where regular usage needs to be maintained. Please do not use in excess.

Minimum age for primary renter is 30.

No parties or events.

No pets.

Owners reserve the right to access the property for audit purposes should there be a clear violation of the rules. A non-recording decibel device is located on the veranda.

Super clean very nice house. The only negative I have is that I specifically wanted a four bedroom house and this house was three bedrooms with a room that had a pullout couch. I would not consider that a bedroom. This is a three bedroom with a living room that has the pull out bed. All bathrooms clean, sheets clean, very satisfied otherwise.

Our family spent a lovely week at Za’s house in Newport RI. The house is very well appointed, exceptionally clean and well presented. The check in and check out process was seamless, and our host was communicative and helpful. The pool was a big hit with our family, while there are some lovely beeches within a 5 - 10 minute drive. We had a great time, and would happily vacation here again.

Amazing Find

We went to a wedding in Newport for the weekend and found this amazing home. It seemed to be to good to be true, but when we got there, the place is beyond what the pictures show, It's a 2 minute drive to Newport and you can take Uber/Lyfts there for $8. The whole house was super cool (Temperature) and the pool was amazing and the night swimming was the best part. One of the best experiences I've had in a while.

Beautiful Home

The house is beautifully decorated inside and outside. The pool was a major reason we rented this location, but it was unfortunately not working properly for the first few days of our stay (no compensation was offered). The house was well stocked with kitchen ware, and comfortable bedrooms. It is a little confusing at first to find, but trust GPS and mailbox on main road. Overall it suited our needs well.

Almost perfect

Beautiful home, great location, but a few downsides as well. The home is really nice, but had a mold smell to it and I am super sensitive to that. Didn’t bother my husband, but it did me. The house itself is very clean, so assume the mold smell is in the basement. Our trip was wonderful and the house was well equipped and was almost perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and nice high end appliances. The outdoor space was gorgeous and lots of birds. Very peaceful and tranquil. The owners requested no shoes in the home and we kept saying how clean the floors are because neither of us had any dirt on our white socks. This home is well cared for and you will love staying there. If you have a mold sensitivity, be careful and I might have just caught it when there had been a lot of rain recently. It was almost a perfect trip. I recommend this home to anyone that doesn’t have mold sensitivity issues.
