The spacious living room retains the Georgian-style mouldings and cornices, a high ceiling, and bay window. The stone fireplace now holds an inviting electric fire. There are two comfortable sofas, a smart TV, and a small dining table that opens to seat four comfortably. Despite being on the high street, double glazed windows keep the rooms quiet and the first floor location retains privacy. The bathroom has been completely remodelled in a sympathetic but modern style. The apartment has just been fully redecorated with all new flooring, window coverings, kitchen cabinets, bathroom fittings, and paint.

The central location in the South Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty make this a perfect place to visit the beautiful gardens, country houses, and rambles of West Sussex. For the more adventurous, polo at Cowdray and racing at Goodwood are a few minutes away. The apartment is also well suited for the business visitor and offers a small desk and 5-G Wi-Fi.
