The location was sketchy; maintenance in and out of rooms needed; non English speaking maid service. My bed was not made and trash taken out on my second day. I will not stay here again.

Nice place, it's trying hard to improve.

Nice place The owners are working really hard to clean it up from what it used to Be like There are still a few things here and there to be facts. But they really have made huge strides. The only real draw back is the outside

Worst hotel in Midland

This was the worst facility we have ever visited. We requested a ground room floor and of course that was not the case. My wife stepped into the room and immediately backed out and said no way we are staying here. Stay away from this facility.

The rooms are terrible and out of city code. There are holes all over the walls and the air conditioner hardly works. I felt dirty my entire four hours I was there and checked out early. The woman at the front desk also took a picture of my drivers license without asking me.

It said there was a free breakfast, no service provided. The hotel looked like in the transition from the past Executive Inn to Sure Stay (run by Best Western). There is literally no service except the room. The room is lean.

There modeling right now so no tv no Wi-Fi no phone service showers were dirty and not clean at all besides the up dates beds are comfortable furniture is nice. They need some house keeping workers that know how to clean it’s crazy you pay for a decent room. I won’t be going back there

This was a property in transition. The pool has been concreted in, the sign still had the old hotel name, there was NO breakfast available, the ice machine didn’t work, our bathroom sink leaked, the room was not fully cleaned as there was still stuff in it. The shower was filthy. The blinds were broken but still usable.
