Rude staff

Staff was extremely rude because we felt sick the morning of check out and didnt check out on time. We proceeded to pay late fee plus additional day because they demanded it even though they locked us out of the room. The lady in the front proceeded to raise her voice and take pictures of us and our vehicles invading our privacy even after having paid the late fee PLUS an additional day! Worst customer service and lack of empathy towards customers. 100% do NOT recommend staying here.

The front desk was closed and I had to use my cell phone to call someone to check me in. In the room, the door would not deadbolt shut and there was no phone in the room. Worst stay I have ever had in a hotel.
