Disliked: Cleanliness
We were very disappointed in our accommodations. We arrived to the two connected units and nothing had been cleaned. Beds were dirty, used towels were on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink and the kitchen was dirty with trash still in the cans. It was obvious that someone had stayed there and nothing had been cleaned afterward. We contacted the host right away. The gentleman sent us to another two units down the hall. We entered the new code and walked in on people already staying in those units creating an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation for both the people staying there and for us. We reached out to the hosts again by text and by phone. It took some time for them to locate two more available units. We were late for our evening plans because of the delay. After we got settled we reached out about their mistakes and asked for some compensation for the errors and they would not respond. Their listing says that they are available any time but we didn't receive any communication. They didn’t take accountability for their errors and the embarrassing situation they created for us and another occupant. We reached out at least three times with no response. We would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. We were very frustrated with our stay here.
