Designed for togetherness and comfort, it’s ideal for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy life at an easier pace.

Inside, the house offers multiple warm and inviting spaces. Enjoy movie nights in the cozy living room, curl up with a good book on a comfortable couch, or simply enjoy the familiar, lived-in feel that makes Grandma’s House so special. There’s also a dedicated office space if you need to catch up on work or plan the day. The well-equipped kitchen features ample seating and room to cook, gather, and share meals — just like home.

Step outside and take in one of the most loved features of the property: a heart-shaped, ¾-acre stocked pond just steps away. Relax on the covered dock with your morning coffee, enjoy quiet moments watching the water, or try a little catch-and-release fishing. Our Midway Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Mark’s house in Midway. It was a great central location for day trips north to Savannah and south to Jacksonville and lots of interesting areas in between. The house was great, much larger than you would think. It definitely has a retro charm. We and our family and our pets, too, all enjoyed it so much. It’s well equipped and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful too! We would definitely go back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Communication and check in was perfect. This is a large older but very well maintained home! 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and plenty of dining and living spaces. The deck has a wheel chair ramp and the home has plenty of open space for maneuverability but there isn't a handicapped equipped bathroom. This wasn't an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again if we happened to be in the area.

It was a really nice house at a reasonable price! A little bit further away from the beach than I would have liked (about an hour), but it was really close to a convenience store, and the house was kept up really well.

The property is awesome and is exactly like the photos shown on VRBO The host is very friendly and attentive. There were no issues with the property and the property is great for family fun, barbecuing and family dinners. The space can accommodate at least 10 people comfortably.
