The management company got back to me late regarding check-in. The person that was supposed to be hands on the ground never answered my texts. There were people working at the property however nobody told us and they were in and out of the house and in the yard. Traveling alone with my kids. I contacted the management company and they said they would handle things and then I get an email saying the closed the case without anyone reaching out to me.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The property and home was nothing like the photos. Broken window shades. Filthy and horrible odor. Dirty windows. Stained furniture. Exposed wiring, broken light fixtures.The host was apologetic. We received a full refund. This is our first disappointing experience. We left immediately and fortunately had family we could stay with.
