Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten im Resourt ebenso. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage erleichtert vieles.Bei der Ausstattung bzw dem Zustand der Ausstattung muss ich leider einen Stern abziehen. Am Balkon wünschte ich mir einen Sonnenschutz, man konnte am Vormittag nicht draußen frühstücken oder sitzen da die Sonne dermaßen blendet und brennt, außerdem sind die Sitzmöbel unbequem und bei einem Stuhl die Sitzfläche kaputt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend auch Tee, Kaffee, Zucker sowie Salz & Pfeffer was da. Hier war allerdings der Toaster defekt und es flog dadurch die Sicherung raus welche ohne Leiter (zum Glück auch vorhanden ;-) )nicht wieder eingeschaltet werden kann.Das Bad und SZ waren sehr gut auch Pflegeprodukte waren vorhanden. Nun der größte Minuspunkt....eine Baustelle ca 150 meter entfernt welche von 7.30 - 19 uhr arbeitet, es wurden Tiefbauarbeiten/Bohrungen getätigt was sehr nervig war. Die Nacht war dadurch kürzer und Fenster mussten geschlossen werden um die nervigen Geräusche nicht zu hören.Sonst ein sehr schönes Resourt.
