On the ground floor: large equipped kitchen with dining room - living room with 2 sofa beds - shower room/toilet and laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds) with the possibility of an additional bed for 2 people - shower room/toilet.
