Lovely three bedroom, two bathroom first floor apartment. Frontline beach with two balconies, large living room and kitchen, free Wi-Fi and UK tv. No lift, very central.

A comfortable, spacious and well-equipped apartment in the heart of the pretty town of la Cala de Mijas. With great views across la Cala beach front to the sea beyond, it’s an ideal location for a beach holiday (the beach is 2 minutes’ walk from the front door) as well as the perfect base for a golf break. There is a variety of restaurants, shops and bars nearby and the start of the boardwalk is just metres away.

Located on the first floor of a three storey building, the apartment sleeps a maximum of six people. The main bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite shower room, a wardrobe and patio doors that open onto a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. The third bedroom comes with a super king size bed (that can be split into two singles on request) a wardrobe and large drawers. Every bedroom has a hairdryer.

The living room has two sofas, a smart tv connected to the internet, with UK and Spanish channels, a dining table and chairs, and huge patio doors opening onto a large balcony, with sea view, patio set and sunshade. Watch the spectacular la Cala sunrise as you enjoy your morning coffee.

The apartment has a large, well -equipped kitchen and a recently refurbished main bathroom with large walk-in shower and all the cupboard space you could ask for.

The apartment has air conditioning throughout and all towels, bed linen and beach towels are provided. In the kitchen you will find:

On-street parking is free but please don’t park in the bays next to the Pirate Ship, although a car really isn’t necessary as this apartment has everything on the doorstep.

There are several beach clubs and restaurants where you can hire sun loungers, and plenty of beach areas away from the clubs where you can lay out your towels and set up your own beach spot for the day.

For those wanting to venture further afield there is a regular bus service that runs along the coast between Marbella and Fuengirola, and the train from Fuengirola will take you into Malaga.

Please ask about our fantastic team of chartered taxi drivers for prices for airports, transfers door to door, making arrival and departure stress-free and easy. Malaga Airport is 36Km away (approx 25 minutes by taxi)



For check-in after 10.30pm there is a supplement of 20 euros to pay on arrival.



There is a Carrefour supermarket and a row of cafes and restaurants at the top of the street. Each Wednesday and Saturday there is an excellent market in La Cala where you can get spices, olives, fruit and vegetables.



Some of the fantastic local golf courses are: El Chaparral Golf Club 3.8 miles, La Cala Golf 4.6m, Alhaurín Golf 11m designed by Severiano Ballesteros and is set in an exceptional natural environment

Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered.
