This lovely three bedroom townhouse is located in the secure gated complex of Jarales de Calahonda in Calahonda. The complex offers a communal swimming pool, along with teared flowing ponds set in the well kept communal gardens. There is a choice of shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance of the complex and the beach is less than a kilometre away. The house benefits from a private carport and is fitted with hot & cold vented AC and free WIFI.



The house is arranged over two floors, with terrace areas to the front, rear and off the master bedroom. Located at the rear of the house is the carport and a small terrace area with a table and chairs The open plan living space is furnished with a dining area to seat six people, two sofas and a 40¨TV with international channels. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a small dining seating area. There is also a WC on this level. Leading out from the living space is the rear terrace, which is furnished with a lounge seating area, a dining seating area, two sunbeds and a gas BBQ. The terrace can be covered with the awning when shade is needed on the hotter days. The communal pool is just steps away from the back terrace.



The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and has access to a private terrace with views of the pool and also an ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower attachment. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds with the option of a super king size topper being added to the bed to make it a super king size bed. The third bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The guest bedrooms have access to the guest bathroom, which benefits from a bath and shower attachment.

Location was great and right next to the pool, the outside area was large and comfy and lots of equipment provided, bbq, sun beds, golf clubs etc. However, the inside is in need of modernising, the hot water runs cold very quickly and showers have curtains that leak and cause very wet floors. Air con is great in short bursts downstairs. We enjoyed the stay and the property had what we needed but is dated and things don’t work too great. Thank you
