The accommodation is located in a privileged spot a few "10 METERS FROM THE BEACH". It is on the beachfront and has IMPRESSIVE VIEWS OF THE SEA, so impressive that the feeling from the large windows of the apartment is that you are on the sea. The views are incredible through the large window that it has. It has common areas with two large pools and a small one for children; a large lawn space VERY manicured where you can relax if you don't feel like going down to the beach. In front of the building passes the LITORAL PATH, where you can take a comfortable walk, play sports, on a wooden walkway that runs parallel to the shore, more than 7 km long. It has several quality eating places just opposite and a wooden walk that runs along the beach for several kilometers, ideal for jogging or very relaxed sunset walks. The area has many services nearby such as Beach bars, Mcdonald, Mercadona, Pharmacy, shopping center ... Marbella and Fuengirola is within walking distance. In the apartment there is EVERYTHING necessary to be at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need, we have just installed a great new electric kettle, a dishwasher for the convenience of my guests, and a De`longui coffee maker for you to prepare espresso coffees better than in a bar. You have pills for the dishwasher, detergent and softener for the washing machine, everything. Also, so you don't have to be buying mineral water, I have a reverse osmosis water purifier installed. You have a microwave and an oven.
It is ideal for FAMILIES, I also leave you, on request, totally free, if you need a travel cot.
In the bathroom you also have everything, bath gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toilet paper. Enough towels for everyone staying and also beach towels.
In the living room you have a sofa bed that once opened is a double bed for two people. The TV has smart tv, Netflix service, also I leave you a hard drive with many movies for everyone. There is free internet throughout the apartment.
I myself am in charge of cleaning everything and leaving the apartment ready for my guests. You will find the beds clean and with clean, ironed sheets, plus a spare set for each bed. You have a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is very comfortable and you have everything you need for a great holiday.
