Lovely holiday apartment with communal swimming pool in the quiet urbanisation "Los Iris" on the outskirts of Fuengirola. Only 3km from the beach and the MIRAMAR shopping centre with Carrefour supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars and cinemas.



This beautifully furnished apartment is on the ground floor with a private garden and terrace. It consists of a living room with seating and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is located in the beautiful urbanisation of Los Iris, 500 metres from the clubhouse of the Cerrado del Aguila golf course, just outside Fuengirola in Mijas Costa. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has excellent beds. There is a flat screen TV with English and other international channels and free Wi-Fi internet. Sliding doors lead out onto the covered terrace and private garden. Here you will find a comfortable lounge sofa where you can relax in the afternoon sun. The apartment is on the ground floor. There is a free private parking space in front of the entrance to the apartment. 



Los IrisLos Iris Resort is located 3 km from Fuengirola beach. The resort has a free outdoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun loungers on the sunbathing lawn. From Los Iris Resort it is a 500m walk to the Club de pádel paddle court, U-fit gym and Cerrado del Aguila Golf clubhouse. From the apartment you can take beautiful walks in the surrounding nature. By car it is a 5 minute drive to the car park on the banks of the River Fuengirola. Here you will also find the Castillo Sohail castle, which is well worth a visit. From the car park you can walk across the river to Fuengirola's promenade in a few minutes.



The coastal town of FuengirolaFuengirola is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Costa del Sol, with stunning sandy beaches, an 8 kilometre promenade and a harbour where you can enjoy a range of water sports, boat trips and many cosy bars and restaurants. Fuengirola offers pleasant shopping streets, a wide range of international restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, cosy squares with terraces and a vibrant nightlife. It is also an ideal holiday destination for families. You can visit the remains of the Moorish castle of Sohail on the western edge of the city. During the summer months there are occasional concerts, a medieval market and a German-style beer festival. Tuesdays and Saturdays are shopping days, when the weekly market is set up in the city centre on the Feria grounds. On Sundays there is a smaller market in the town centre. Also worth a visit is the MIRAMAR indoor shopping centre, with dozens of shops, restaurants, bars, a Carrefour supermarket and several cinemas.
