Sunny 2 Bedroom Apartment and Sea View in Riviera del Sol–8 Min from the Beach-Perfect for sunlovers
Enjoy a cozy and charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the beautiful Riviera del Sol, part of the stunning Costa del Sol. This picturesque neighborhood of Mijas is ideally located between Marbella and Fuengirola, making it perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and exploring the area.
The lovely corner apartment is situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained, gated, and peaceful residential complex. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen, and a spacious, sunny terrace. The apartment faces southwest and was partially renovated in March 2025.
Both comfortable bedrooms offer built-in wardrobes and double beds (160 cm and 140 cm wide). The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed (150 cm wide) for additional guests. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with new showers.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling in all rooms). The kitchen provides everything you need, including a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, and ample cookware and dishes.
A smart TV, DVD player, and high-speed Wi-Fi are available. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided.
The private 10 m² terrace is accessible directly from the bright living room and is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, making it perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing with views of the garden and the sea.
Guests have access to the well-kept communal garden and pool area, which includes a separate children’s pool as well as plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.
Parking is available within the complex and on the street right in front of the building.
