Beautiful 5 bed villa with pool
This property offers the serenity of rural living, just a 15-minute drive from shopping, dining, and entertainment. This beautiful five bedroom villa is set in a rural residential area of Las Lagunas, close to Fuengirola. Whilst located in a quiet area, Villa Louisa is only a short drive away from the beach, town and all the amenities.
The centre of Cerros del Águila (less than a 10 min walk) there is a takeaway, a bar/restaurant specialising in Danish and Italian food, a supermarket next door and a Spanish bar/restaurant slightly up the hill.
The nearest golf resort is only 1.5kms away and also benefits from padel courts. The villa offers a private pool and has hot and cold Aircon and free WIFI.
Enjoy the brand-new Gran Parque de Mijas, one of the largest urban parks on the Costa del Sol, for free entry. This impressive green space features scenic walking and cycling paths, a beautiful lake, playgrounds, sports areas, dog park and an open-air amphitheatre. Perfect for morning walks, family outings, or relaxing in nature during your stay.
The villa is tastefully furnished throughout and is arranged over three floors, with access by steps through the front door or garage. Entering through the front door will take you through the entrance hall into the open plan living space. The fully equipped kitchen benefits from an island with stools and leads out onto the large back courtyard. The courtyard enjoys two dining seating areas, one under the newly built pergola. There is a built in charcoal BBQ and an extra free standing charcoal BBQ. Leading from the kitchen is the dining seating area and there are two comfortable sofas in the lounge area and a 50¨TV. There is also access to a WC on this level. The lounge, dining area and kitchen all offer access out onto the front covered terrace. Here you can enjoy further dining and lounge seating areas and beautiful views over the mountains, Fuengirola and the sea. Head down the step to the lower terrace where you can enjoy the private pool and sun loungers.
From the entrance hall, take the stairs up to the first three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a walk in wardrobe area and an ensuite bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms benefit from double beds, fitted wardrobes and share a jack and Jill bathroom, fitted with a shower cubicle. All three bedrooms have their own access onto the shared upper terrace, which benefits from cushioned sun loungers, a small seating area and the stunning views.
From the entrance hall, take the stairs down to the ground floor, where you will find the utility room, with a washing machine and access to the garage. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located on this floor, with access out onto the pool level. Both bedrooms are fitted with twin beds, wardrobes (fitted in the fifth bedroom) and en suite shower rooms with shower cubicles. There is also a guest shower room on this level, furnished with a walk in shower.
