This upstairs studio (Cala Sol) is 22 m², filled with natural light, overlooks a typical Andalusian street, and provides a peaceful, comfortable space ideal for couples or small families.



The property is just behind the Torreón de La Cala. The beach, restaurants, shops, and local services are all within walking distance.



La Noria Golf Club is 650 meters away, Chaparral Golf Club is 3.2 km away, and Miraflores Golf is 3.7 km away.



The studio is ideal for 2 adults and can accommodate up to 3 guests, with a small sofa bed (106 x 180 cm) recommended for children or teenagers. It is not suitable for two adults or older children.
