This apartment is located on a short distance from Max beach club and have nice sea views with southern orientation. There are 2 bedrooms separated by a toilet. In the living room you find a dinner table and a sofa with a big flat TV. If you want to stay on the balcony you have a small table and 4 seats to enjoy the views.

Apartment with a beautiful sea view and close to everything. Two bedrooms and a living room with a large glass door to the balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Large and lovely pool area with two pools, one for children. Well-kept and lush garden with large grassy areas. Walking distance to beach, padel courts and gym, grocery stores, restaurants and to Max beachclub. Several golf courses are nearby. Free parking outside the apartment. There is a lift in the building. About 25 minutes from Malaga airport and 20 minutes from Marbella.

Costa del Sol Occidental (English: "Western Coast of the Sun") is a comarca (county) in Andalusia, southern Spain.

It occupies a narrow coastal strip delimited by the cordillera Penibética (Sierra de Mijas, Sierra Alpujata, Sierra Blanca, Sierra Bermeja, Sierra Crestallina) to the north and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. The coast shows a diversity of landscapes: beaches, cliffs, estuaries, bays and dunes. The rivers are short and seasonal, while the agriculture is hampered by the lee effect caused by the Baetic System.
