In the exterior, you will have a spacious garden with access to three communal swimming pools where you can sunbathe or enjoy a good book in the shade of the trees (although there are no sun loungers or outdoor furniture in the common areas). Additionally, it has a private landscaped area with a charcoal barbecue and direct access to the garden and nearest swimming pool. The glazed covered terrace with furniture, television and sofa complements the private space for moments of tranquillity in the urbanisation.

On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room decorated with style, air conditioning with heat pump, independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. There is also a bathroom with shower tray on this floor for greater convenience.



On the upper floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms with centralised air conditioning offer a cosy space for rest. One has a double bed, access to an external terrace and a wardrobe, while the other has two single beds and also a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower tray serves this floor. The modern and practical decoration ensures a comfortable stay for all.



Moreover, the property offers amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, central heating, two televisions and WiFi internet access so that you lack nothing during your stay. The private garage within the same building facilitates parking. It is also worth noting the padel court available for sports enthusiasts.
