3 Double Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms, Pool, Air Conditioning and Secure Parking
This beautiful and much loved family residence is now being offered for
holiday rentals.
It is ideally suited to a family, or maybe two families or friends holidaying together as its spacious and extensive accommodation provides several great areas to relax and its outdoor areas are safe, secure and private. There are NO communal areas.
Perfectly located, it is close to the beach (just over 5 minutes walking) and the recently completed Boardwalk along the coast, and is an easy stroll to a shopping centre with a variety of shops including a large supermarket (Mercadona)and pharmacy. There is a big selection of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops all within walking distance.
Access to the A7 and the AP7 (Toll Road) is only a few moments away making an easy journey from the airport (about 35 minutes) and excellent access in all directions to the many fabulous places to see and things to do. Marbella is about 20 minutes drive. There is a taxi rank close by and also public transport.

Big Entry Hall leading to Kitchen (with door to 2 rear terraces side entrance)) (Kitchen has breakfast bar, large oven (gas hob (bottled gas) and electric oven), fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a good selection of china, glass, crockery and cooking utensils.
Entry Hall opens into very large Living area split to two levels one housing the Dining Room and the lower providing the sitting and TV areas. These areas are fitted with sun blinds and soft furnishings.
The propery has fibre optic wifi and tv provided
A full sized 3rd Bathroom is on the ground floor (most useful after swimming). It has a full bath with shower over and glass screen, low level wc and pedestal wash hand basin.
A staircase from the Living room opens to the upstairs hall and:
Bedroom 1. Double with air conditioning and fitted wardrobe. This bedroom has doors opening to upstairs rear terrace which connectes to Bedroom 2
En Suite Bathroom (Bath 2) , has window, shower cubicle, low level wc and pedestal wash basin.
Bedroom 2. Double has fitted wardrobe and 2 single beds. It has doors opening to the upstairs outdoor terrace.
Bedroom 3. Very spacious double has extensive fitted wardrobes and dressing table and air conditioning.
Bathroom 2. This Family Bathroom is large and has 'his' and 'her' wash basins, full bath with shower over and glass shower screen and window
